Self-paced CertPREP courseware for IT Specialist - Cybersecurity provides a foundation for many key security paradigms, terminology, and mindset. Successful candidates will develop a keen awareness of the importance of security and the threats to a business when security procedures are not followed. They will develop the investigative and implementation skills necessary to succeed in the field and have an aptitude and desire to learn more and a willingness to teach others. They will become familiar with the toolset at a fundamental level and can assist in threat mitigation and incident response.   These skills will help prepare you for entry-level cybersecurity-related careers.
